Your privacy matters. This policy explains information use, storage, deletion and your choices. Product notices describe what applies to each listed app.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to apps, games and related services published by Arkforge Game Inc. that link to it. It describes our general practices. The product notices identify the practices of specific products; an additional notice shown in a product explains any features with different data handling.
We do not buy personal information from data brokers, sell personal information, or use personal information for cross-service targeted advertising. A product's store privacy disclosures and notices should be read with this policy.
Information and purposes
Data on your device. Apps may store the content you create, game progress, preferences and settings on your device to provide their functions. Storing something locally does not by itself send it to us. Whether a product uses online features is described in its product notice.
Support you request. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or technical details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate issues and handle privacy requests. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Policy website requests. Microsoft Azure hosts this website, and Cloudflare provides its DNS service. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested address and request time to deliver and protect their services. This website has no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or account registration.
We use information to deliver requested services, maintain security, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Depending on the processing and applicable law, the basis is providing a requested service, a legitimate interest in security or support, a legal obligation, or consent where required. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Permissions and product features
Device permissions and online features depend on the product. A device permission is not permission for unrelated collection. Any product using accounts, advertising, analytics, cloud storage, purchases or sensitive device permissions must explain the relevant data, purposes and providers in its product notice and required in-app disclosures.
The presence of this general policy does not mean every product uses those features. Check the product notice for what actually applies.
Retention and deletion
Local data: remains on your device until removed through the product's controls, browser storage settings, operating-system app storage controls or uninstalling the app, as applicable. Deletion can permanently remove progress or content. Backups may remain separately and should be managed through your backup provider.
Support messages: retained while needed to resolve your request and necessary follow-up, or for a legal obligation or dispute. We do not retain them indefinitely merely because they were received. Request deletion using the contact below; any necessary exception will be explained.
Technical service logs: retained under the hosting and security providers' applicable retention arrangements for operation, security and troubleshooting. Product-specific online retention and account deletion, where relevant, are described separately.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us with the app's name and your request. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request concerns you.
You may raise a concern with your local data-protection authority, including the Philippine National Privacy Commission where applicable. Mandatory privacy rights are not waived by using our products or reading this policy.
We cannot access or restore information that exists only on your device. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary for your request.
Security
We use HTTPS for this website and restrict support-data access to its intended purpose. Device-local data also depends on your device's protections. No system can guarantee absolute security; this does not limit duties or remedies required by applicable law.
Children
Each app's store listing identifies its intended audience and age rating. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information through support or this website. A product directed to children must provide appropriate disclosures and safeguards before collecting personal information. If you believe a child supplied information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
